If you get a bsod (blue screen of death) after starting up .after getting the bsod several times your PC will enter automatic repair options . Enter command prompt and check your disk partitions .
Windows vista & 7:
Click command prompt in windows vista & 7
Click trouble shoot , then
Click command prompt
What to type:
First type :”diskpart” with no spaces
Then type :”list disk”
All the disks will appear .if disk 0 is invalid ,type : “select disk 0”
Then type: “list partition”
Your disk partition type may be a dynamic disk.
if it is a dynamic disk which is invalid then you need to reinstall windows
before reinstalling you need to type clean after tping list partition . if it doesn’t work then type:
select partition 1
type all the way up to select partition 10
